There are fewer rules, but in some ways, there are more rules. Closeness is key when together, but allowing freedom is paramount. Sex is important but also so very unimportant.
When I deconverted from monogamy, I wish I'd had a mentor to assist me in relationship navigation. Mistakes were made, hearts were broken, and conversations about boundary setting were long overdue. I aim to be that resource for other people. I'm Ryan Minti, a psychiatrist-in-training and relationship mentor working out of London.
As a Relationship Theorist, I work with singles, couples and thruples to keep them happier for longer. My guidance is fit for all genders and persuasions. I'm based in London for face to face meetings but can take clients from all over the world on a convenient videocall.
My work follows and develops frameworks explaining attraction, formation, maintenance, and dissolution. I step through these theories to explore my clients' attraction, communication, satisfaction, and breakdown, focusing on needs, fairness, and learned behaviours.
If you're a high systemiser (Simon Baron-Cohen's designation for ASD sufferers) then you will grow to cherish and wield my plethora of Relationship Theories that apply to every person and every relationship.
Book an initial session with me for 30 GBP. In that session we can discuss locking in a second (free) session.
